Booking Arrangements:
To make a provisional booking (held for 3 days) please telephone us on 0113-2503580. To confirm your booking please complete the enclosed booking form and send with your deposit to : South View House, 4 Whackhouses, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7NS. Please make cheques payable to Mr C A Woods
- Deposit is 25% of total booking fee. Balance payable 4 weeks before letting begins. Visitors will need to vacate the gites by 10.00am, and should arrive from 4.00pm onwards – earlier arrivals possible if no guests leaving that day.
- A damages deposit of £40 will be required with your final payment to cover any damage and /or breakages. This will be returned by post within a few days of you leaving the cottage.
- It would be appreciated if guests can ensure that their cottage is clean and tidy upon departure.
- Changeover day is usually on a Monday in July and August – to avoid traffic in England and to take advantage of cheaper and less crowded ferry crossings. At other times we shall try to fit in with what suits you.
- £30 REDUCTION for 10 day holidays except at Easter and in July and August; and for 2 week holidays at all times including July and August.
- FERRY DISCOUNTS available - save over £100 – please ask.
Cancellations: The following charges are payable
Over 4 weeks notice – loss of deposit
15 – 28 days notice – 50% of total
1 – 15 days notice – 75% of total
Departure date or later – 100% of total
It is highly recommended that Cancellation Insurance is taken out. This is included in all good quality insurance policies. |
